After another successful auction in August we felt
that it was time to review our current acheivments
for the year. As a very active local auction
department, which is enhanced by our strong

precise figures year to date reflecting the efforts of
this well established and personal team.
Being able to deal with all aspects of property
related business we attract lots throughout
Hampshire and the Isle of Wight ranging from land
to investment and rental homes, short leases, small
commercial units plus any residential property
whatever the condition.
So far in 2019, of the individual propeties offered,
in a very testing market place, our success rate
for sales stands at 67%. This figure is quite similar
to recent years, the main difference is that there
are a lot more sales being agreed outside of the
room, either before or after but still on an auction

providing prices are keen and this coupled with the
fact that the auction attracts predominantly cash
buyers means that when the hammer goes down
