Another excellent auction was held on the 4th July with a success rate of 75%.

Although 2 of the cheaper lots were sold prior to the auction, all of the properties in the room were more in the mid-range, averaging around £290,000 and in total over £2.0 million stock was sold. So the demand is obviously still there for not only the cheap little flats and older houses in need of updating but also detached properties with some potential.

On this occasion we included a 37′ Hershine Cruiser that sleeps 6 but the bids were a little short of the £60,000 Guide Price, so at the moment it is still available.
